Want a SUPER EASY & QUICK “GOURMET” MEAL IDEA that literally takes UNDER 10 MINUTES to make?!?! I GOT YOU!
Ok so as you guys know I am a HUGE FOODIE (Hence why I STAY in the gym!) so while at Sam’s Club doing my usual grocery run the other day (And Rotisserie picking, LOL!), I came across an entire aisle of a variety of different pastas from a brand named Three Bridges Inspired Foods. To my utter delight, I also discovered that this particular brand has a variety of different pastas with or without meat and stuffed with a variety of different types of cheeses…all prepped and ready to drop in a pot of hot boiling water and serve! (I’ll get into that in a bit!)
I know, I know, get to the FOOD right? LOL! Since I’d been excited to try one of these pastas out for Juice & I at home, I opted to get the Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli and then looked around to find what I’d serve with said pasta and discovered ____ Pesto Sauce!
So without further adeau…I present to you the EASIEST GOURMET MEAL YOU CAN EVER MAKE…all in UNDER 10 MINUTES!
Here’s what you need:
1 Pack of Three Bridges Pasta (Pick whichever type you prefer but I chose the Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli)
1 Bottle of Artisan Fresh Pesto Sauce:
Now on to the side dish. I wanted something healthy so I opted to make our favorite salad.
Here’s what you’ll need for that (Feel free to tweak this as you see fit):
Blue Cheese
Baby Tomatoes
Spring Mix
Mini Cucumbers
Kalamato Olives
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Alright…since we have all of our ingredients together now we can GET TO COOKIN’!
First up, you’ll want to put some water in a big ol’ pot and bring that to a boil. Once your water’s boiling, you’ll want to go ahead and place your pasta in the water, stir immediately and let it boil for 4-5 minutes. (I would make sure to set the timer so that they don’t overcook.)
While your noodles are boiling, go ahead and cut up your veggies and place them into your serving bowl and set it aside.
Once the noodles are done cooking, put them in a strainer to drain the water.
Once drained, grab a plate and after adding a few pieces of pasta to it, go ahead and drizzle on the Pesto sauce. (No need to warm it up because the warm noodles will do that.)
Go ahead and toss your salad with the Balsamic Vinaigrette and VOILA!
DINNER IS SERVED!
Trust me when I say that this dish is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! 🙂
Try this meal out at home and let me know what you think! Better yet, take a photo of it and tag me on Instagram so I can see it!
P.S. In case ya’ll are wondering if the hubby liked it…Juice absolutely LOVED it! (He had 3 SERVINGS of it! LOL!)
HAPPY EATING YA’LL!
Love ya’ll! XOXO
